关于Realflow的Hybrido解算器

  在RealFlow中,Hybrido解算器使用一个网格(三维坐标系统),并计算通过这个网格的层流矢量场。Hybrido解算器中的粒子被称为标记粒子,表示底层向量场。RF中标准粒子与Hybrido解算器中粒子工作方法不同,是基于SPH方法,这种方法中流体的参数并不在一个网格内采样,而是在每一个粒子的权重采样。因此,每一单独粒子都对流体运动做出贡献,而并不只是作为一个可视化表现。这两种解算器各有利弊,简单说,RF中SPH方法更好地表现填充细节,但需要更长的时间来模拟,网格方法缺少细节,但模拟速度更快。

  Hybrido is using a grid (3D coordinate system) and calculates the advection of a vector field through this grid. The particles are just so – called Marker Particles, illustrating the underlying vector field. Standard Particles are working differently, this is a SPH (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) based method, where the fluid’s parameters aren’t sampled over a grid but right at every particle. So every individual particle contributes to the fluid and is not just working as a visual representation. Both systems have pros and cons, briefly simplified, inside Realflow SPH is better for detailed stuff, but takes longer to simulate, Grids are having less detail but simulate faster.

  飞溅(Hybrido)是一种特殊类型的发射器,在网格模拟上需要更多细节的地方增加SPH粒子发射。当先前飞溅粒子再次接触网格流体的表面时,在接触区域,泡沫将繁殖Dumb/ Ballistic 粒子。这些泡沫粒子由底层网格流体推动平流。飞溅和泡沫被看作Hybrido解算器使用的术语,因为Hybrido里面,飞溅和泡沫是最常用的形式,以重新形成大量水体的飞溅和泡沫,如河流或海洋中那样。

  Splash (Hybrido) is a special type of emitter that will add SPH particles on top of a Grid simulation at areas where additional detail is needed. Foam will spawn Dumb/ Ballistic particles at areas where former Splash particles are touching the Grid fluid’s surface, again. These Foam particles are advected by the motion of the underlying Grid Fluid. Splash and Foam are to be seen as terms that were used because inside Hybrido, Splash and Foam are most often used in order to recreate the formation of splashes and foam in large bodies of water such as rivers or oceans.
